More Ebay Tips Video

This video is from a guy who has done computer newsletters and even been on a TV network that specialized in computer stuff. The quality is not that great because it comes from a webcam. He seems to be impressed with the fact that he has sold $1000 of stuff he didn't want, and is now an expert. His info is not bad but I take exception with his love for UPS. I find UPS to be the most expensive way to ship anything. Ground service from here to California is a full week. FedEx ground is cheaper and faster. Sometimes when buying you don't have a choice. U.S. Postal service, Priority service is the fastest and cheapest up to a certain weight. As Ann Cottrill pointed out in our last Ebay class: With a cheap digital scale (purchased on Ebay) and a Paypal account, you can pack, print and purchase postage, and have the package picked up at your home. The printed postage looks very professional and you can even have the amount of the postage not show on the print. You then tape the printed page to the package and it is ready to go with a tracking number that costs less than what you pay at the post office. To my knowledge UPS charges to pickup a package for shipping.

With this in mind here is the video:
